Large cosy room in eco-friendly family house

Large single sized room (2.6 by 3.0m minimum; 8ft6" by 9ft 9", but larger if door closed) in large, fully furnished warm and comfortable modern family home with open plan kitchen (with breakfast bar) and conservatory . Quiet semi-rural location; large garden with stunning views over Stroud town and valleys, close to the Prince Albert pub, Rodborough common and about 15 minutes walk from Stroud town, train and bus stations. Ample off-road parking. Sainsbury's is less than ten minutes away by car. We have two children (aged 13 and 17) plus a small non-moulting dog. Included in rent are the usual gas, electric, broadband/wi-fi, film channel, etc. plus reasonable amounts of milk, tea, coffee and laundry products. We are happy with a ' Stroudie mucking in' approach, so ideally would prefer help with some household chores, such as bringing in winter firewood, etc. in return for say having your washing brought in and a (veggie or not!) meal cooked for you if you are going to be late back ! Own space in fridge, freezers and cupboards. Room has a own TV socket, but you are welcome to watch TV on the larger living room TV. A desk or table can be provided in the room ( a previous sharer wanted more room to do her yoga/meditations) Extra storage space is available in house for personal furniture if needed, or for bags, suitcases, etc. In addition to the family bathroom (as pictured) there is also a separate shower room.
