Double room in comfortable village house

Double room to rent in my good-sized, comfortable 3-bedroom semi-detached home.

The house is in the village of Siddington, approx. 30 minutes' walk or 5 minutes' drive into Cirencester town centre. The house is 400m from the pub (which serves great food) and less than 100m from the shop and post office.

There is driveway parking and ultrafast fibre broadband.

The room is a good size, with a double bed; blackout curtains; chest of drawers; two bedside tables with drawers; mirror; TV point; and a built-in floor-to-ceiling wardrobe.

There is a homely 'open plan' kitchen, dining room and living room; upstairs bathroom with shower over the bath; downstairs loo and laundry room; and a large garden room overlooking the lovely garden and patio. There’s a veg bed, which you'd be welcome to plant up. There is bike storage in the workshop.

You'd be sharing the house with just me, and as I spend a lot of time away from home, you'd get plenty of time and space to yourself. For that reason, I'm looking to let the room to someone I feel able to trust, who is quiet, respectful, responsible and self-sufficient.
