Double and single room in South Cerney home

A furnished double room and a furnished single room in a family home in South Cerney.

All bills inclusive (including a cleaner).

Current tenants
I’m a professional woman with two boys (aged 7 and 4).

The house
A 4 bed detached house with a living room, kitchen, downstairs toilet and bathroom (my sons and I tend to use my en-suite). There’s also a front and back garden, drive with space for two cars, and on-street parking.

Since taking a photo of the single room, I’ve replaced the desk with a wardrobe.

The location
A quiet road with friendly neighbours, a lake and park at one end and a pond, cafe and community centre at the other.

The village amenities are a few minutes walk away, including a Co-op, three pubs, two cafes, two takeaways, a Dr’s surgery, hairdresser and bus stops to Swindon and Cheltenham (via Cirencester).

We’re also close to the A417 for easy access to the M4 and M5, and a 13 minute drive to Kemble train station.
