Green house with air source heat pump, solar electricity and hot water. All bills including electricity, water, heating, council tax, TV license, unlimited fibre broadband. Can also provide TV, sound system, fast computer.
Also includes Malvern spring water for drinking and cooking.
I am vegetarian and recycle everything that can be recycled.
Parking either on the road directly in front of the house, or in the community car park <100m away. 250m walk to bus stop with regular service to Gloucester. Less than 20 minutes drive to Cheltenham, Gloucester, Newent, Ledbury, Ross, Malvern, Upton, Tewkesbury. Easy access to motorway network for M5 South (Bristol), M5 North (Birmingham), M50 West (Wales).
