I am looking for someone who’s interested in taking over one of the rooms in this cosy two bed flat in Stonehouse, 15 minutes walk from the train station and a bus right on the doorstep that can easily get you anywhere in the vicinity you need to go to. The entire flat has been completely refeshed amd painted, however I do plan to sort other bits and bobs overtimez.
The rent for the room is £450 with all bills included. It’s available to move in from 15 May. The room does have a double bed frame but sadly no mattress so it’ll be up to you to decorate it ☺️
You have to be an animal lover as I have two cats that are part of the deal which is non-negotiable 😊
