Double room in quiet cul-de-sac, Nr M5

South facing, furnished, double room available to rent in our Great Oldbury home.

We are a, nearly 30 years old, married couple living in Stonehouse looking for someone to rent our spare room. The semi-detached house with upstairs bathroom and downstairs loo, is situated in a quiet corner of the new Great Oldbury development. You can be on the M5 in literally 3 minutes to Gloucester (20mins), Cheltenham (25mins) or Bristol (30mins).

The room is available from 3rd March until start/mid September 2025 and we'd prefer a minimum of 3 months.

As seen in the photos, there is a desk in the room. We are flexible on how you want the set up i. e. desk in or out, plus the bed pulls out to be a double if you like.

We are a sociable couple that enjoy music, food, football and the gym but also appreciate our own space. We are very keen travellers so it is important to note that it will not be uncommon for you to have the house to yourselves for extended periods of time.

We are happy to accept couples and will charge a £100 per month supplement for this.

One parking space directly outside the house will be available for you to use and there is plenty of on street parking around.

We love dogs so may consider pets on a case by case basis. If agreed, would also apply a £100 per month supplement.
