Double Room with own bathroom

I'm looking at the possibility of renting a spare room.

It's a large double, with your own bathroom, which is accessible from the bedroom via a 'Jack and Jill' door.

The bedroom will have a double bed and a chest of drawers. Feel free to bring more storage if you require it.

Parking is on street due to tandem parking, but it's a quiet cul-de-sac and there is always space.

There is a garage, which is mostly dedicated to a home gym but there is some space for storage if you wished to use it.

Communal use of kitchen and living dining space, as well as garden.

I have a large dog, who is great with people. He also leaves a trail of fur everywhere he goes, so expect there to be some fluff in the communal areas.

The location is Great Oldbury, Stonehouse. Which offers great access to lots of major towns and cities both by car and public transport.
