Large Bedroom For Rent (unfurnished)

Spacious bedroom with Jack and Jill bathroom, big enough for bed and sofa. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room with downstairs loo. Available at the beginning of December. The room itself is on the second floor and has many outlets and a TV port.
I am a teacher in Cheltenham and originally from South Wales. Would be great to live with someone friendly and fairly tidy. One downside of the flat is no dryer, but I have a heated drying rack you can share. The bills are all included in the price.
No deposit required, just first and last month's rent prior to moving in. I pay the £50 administration fee for the letting agency.
IMPORTANT: as I'm subletting the property it makes it cheaper for extra tenants but also means if I move out all other tenants would need to either take on the whole property or also move. I don't plan on moving for at least another year, but worth you being aware.
