Hello, we are a creative, Stroud based couple who are looking to rent 1 of our rooms in a modern, three storey Town-house in a quiet cul-de-sac, just 10 mins walk from the town centre.

We are offering: 1 unfurnished double room with en-suite bathroom, large fitted wardrobe, use of kitchen with dishwasher and ‘American Style’ fridge/freezer, utility room with new washer and dryer, lounge that opens out to a landscaped, wooden decked, back yard, with views. Parking on front driveway negotiable.

Rent is all inclusive - water, heating, Wi-Fi, telephone, electric & council tax.

We will consider short-term (6 months) but prefer long-term (12 months+) let within a period of up to 3 years.

The price is £450 per room + 1 month rent in advance for deposit1 Double Ensuite Rooms to let in central Stroud - GL5.
