Light/Spacious Room- Central Stroud

Double room in 1930's house with in -built wardrobes, next to shared bathroom. Other facilities in house; wifi and washing machine, shared kitchen /diner and access to private garden via conservatory. There is ample parking and it is close by town and station by road and canal walking or cycling.

I am looking for an easy going, reliable and well- mannered individual who can live side by side with myself and friendly cat. I anticipate the person will contribute to maintaining a good living environment and respect for the space. My adult daughter at university may visit from time to time.

This could be a short term let for a three months or for a year or so depending on circumstances.
