Hi, I'm looking to let the main room in my 2-bed/ 2-bathroom flat, as the current flatmate is moving away for work. The room is spacious & bright, especially getting morning sun. It's furnished with a SK size bed, two bedside tables & wardrobe. It has a shower room ensuite bathroom. There's space for a small desk in the room, or in the living room also for WFH. I've recently redecorated & furnished the living room with new sofas.
The building is well-located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac in Stroud close to Stratford park and the gym/leisure centre, and just down the road from the big Tesco's. It is only a 15 min walk from the train station and rest of the town centre. The room does not have an allocated parking spot, but there's parking available on-street right outside the flat. The area is lovely, with very quick access to the Cotswolds surrounding Stroud for countryside walks etc.
You'd be sharing the flat with a 26M professional (Engineer) who works at a nearby office. I'm looking for people who are clean & tidy, respectful & considerate, enjoy a harmonious home environment and will keep the flat to the same very good condition that it's in!
Open to letting the main bedroom to a couple if it worked for space requirements and with the other flatmate. In this case the rent would be revised to £800 pcm.
In either case, the rent is all bills (i. e. Gas, Electric, WiFi, Council Tax etc.) included, except for TV licence, which is optional for the occupants.
The current occupant's notice period runs until 9th May, although she is looking to move out sooner, so the room is likely to be available by late April.
