Spacious house, beautiful garden, central Stroud

I'm looking for two housemates to join me and my friendly dog in our lovely new home. Our current homies are soon moving on to pastures new so we have one double room available (£590 pcm) from 29th May (as shown in pictures), and a second room with en suite available from 4th June (£690). All bills including Council tax, utilities, Sky Cinema, wifi etc are included, along with a weekly cleaner. Both rooms are newly painted and carpeted, with large built in wardrobes and french windows that open straight out into the garden. Each of us has a separate space outside our rooms for working from home if needs be, and lots of space and sofa beds for friends to stay over when they visit. There are quiet places to sit in the garden, a BBQ area, a summerhouse and firepit, with a new fence to keep Danny the dog from visiting flatmate rooms when the doors are open! The house is situated near Waitrose, less than a 5 minute walk into the centre of Stroud/8 minutes walk to the train station. There is a parking space for each of us. I like to live with laid back, independent folks who enjoy socialising and don't mind a mischievous pooch. 30-45yrs old preferred so we're compatible life stage wise. Visitors are always welcome, its nice to have a relaxed and open house. Partners are welcome to visit but not to live in, so those in relationships are asked to alternate houses so we keep a balanced dynamic.
