Dog lover in very friendly area

Dogs Lovers apply. The spaniel is 4 years old and very gentle. The newly decorated double room has matching bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers and an Ikea chair. The bathroom is on your floor. The other bedroom is on the third floor.
The large living room has an open fire place and there is WiFi Netflix and Prime etc for the house. Lazy evenings on the uber soft leather sofa and chair are spent in this warm space. The garden has a large swing seat for afternoons and lots of trees. You can comfortably hide behind the branches while enjoying the sun with the slight rock from the wind.
Our home is about 200 yards from Daisy Bank- the neighbourhood is very friendly with this wonderful park, which can be a great place to meet up with mates and have a beer. The town is 15 minutes walk away, while the other way are great walks into the Heavens for hours if you like.
A bit about me: I've been renting rooms out in my houses for 20 years. I work for a charity which reduces homelessness. I'm a bit old and enjoy a good book these days so try and keep out of trouble haha.
