Double room in central Stroud

Hello! 😁 I’m looking for a housemate to join me in my flat in Lansdown, Stroud. Fantastic location 2 mins walk into town. Double room available with communal living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is an office space which we could share. There is also a small garden that we share with the lady who lives downstairs. I’m not particularly green thumbed but you can feel free to spruce things up if you feel inspired! 🌿

A bit about me - I am a 31 year old female, working in marketing, half in office half at home. I enjoy music, art, food and fashion. I am a clean, tidy and respectful person to live with and I’m looking for someone chilled and friendly to share the space with. I’m pretty independent and do tend to keep myself to myself when at home, but more than happy to have the occasional drink or meal together. I have no preferences as to food habits, but please know that I do eat meat.

Rent is £500 PCM (incl. council tax, internet, water). Gas & electric will be split each month. It is usually £60 per person, but subject to change depending on our usage.

Couples welcome but the price would be £660.
