Lovely double attic room on Horns Road

Attic room to let in Horns Road. £600 for the month of August 2025 only including bills. The house is situated 10 minutes walk from Stroud town centre and has access to beautiful countryside and walks 5 minutes away. There is a popular community pub a couple of minutes walk away.

This is a family home with a small dog. Share of kitchen, dining room and bathroom. It’s a non smoking house, I am vegetarian and okay living with a considerate meat eater. I work mostly from home and need a quiet atmosphere during the day.

I have family moving back in to the house in mid September, hence the room is only available for a month, although there may be some flexibility at the end of the let.

It is a sociable, busy and lived in house, we are pretty easy going and a little untidy. I would really prefer a female who is a non smoker.

There is on street parking available but sometimes lack of spaces means that you must park a couple of minutes walk away.

I will consider shorter term lets for a negotiable rate. This would be an ideally placed location for holidays in the Cotswolds, short courses, work placements etc.
