Single room to rent in stroud

We are a couple with a pet cat looking to rent out our spare room.. There's a kitchen, lounge and conservatory that are shared spaces in the house as well as a decking area. We are currently working on the property, and doing up areas of the house. Therefore looking to offer the room from January 2025.

Rent will be at £500 with bills included (electric, gas, water and internet).

We would invite interest for commuters in addition.
