Exclusive use both middle floor rooms & en suite

Semi detached house with plenty of parking, a large garden and in a very quiet area. I’m looking for a person to share with. You will have exclusive use of the 2 middle floor rooms, both with en suites. There is also a large kitchen which I rarely cook in.
At present it is unfurnished, but I can furnish it if required for no extra cost.
All bills are included & broadband, Sky TV, central heating, & lounge with large TV.
I have a Cockerpoo dog called Dave (he is in one of the photos) he is so docile and loves everybody.
As I am recently widowed I would prefer a female to share with. Someone who is considerate and tidy, who likes a quick chat every now and then and a good sense of humour as I joke a lot.
I have plenty of wildlife in the garden, with foxes, deer and plenty of birds.
