Large room with views for rent.

Semi detached house with plenty of parking, a large garden and in a very quiet area. Large bright room for rent with lovely views at back of house. Double bed is the only furniture at present. En-suite bathroom. There is also a large kitchen which I rarely cook in.

All bills are included & broadband, Sky TV, central heating, & lounge with large TV.
I have a Cockerpoo dog called Dave (he is in one of the photos) He is so docile and loves everybody.
As I am recently widowed I would prefer a female to share with. Someone who is considerate and tidy, who likes a quick chat every now and then and a good sense of humour.
I have plenty of wildlife in the garden, with foxes, deer and plenty of birds.
