Hello, we are a creative, Stroud-based family who are looking for 1 person to rent one of our rooms in a modern, three-storey Townhouse in a quiet cul-de-sac, just 7 mins walk from the town center.

We are offering: One unfurnished double room with en-suite bathroom, large fitted wardrobe, use of kitchen with dishwasher and ‘American Style’ fridge/freezer, Utility room with new Washer and Dryer, lounge that opens out to a landscaped, wooden decked, back yard, with views.

Parking on front driveway negotiable.

Rent is all-inclusive - (water, heating, Wi-Fi, telephone, electric & council tax.)

What we are looking for:
Friendly, mature, non-smokers.
(Sorry, no pets.)
We will consider short-term (6 months) but prefer long-term (12 months+).

We would be abroad for most of the year but would be back at least once quarterly, so you would have the house to yourself a lot of the time.

The price is £550 per room + 1 month rent in advance for deposit.
