Female required for self contained en-suite room within attic of 3 bedroom house. There is a bathroom and large bed sitting room with cooking and fridge facilities. The velux windows open out to far reaching rural views.
The accommodation is fully self contained with use of washing machine in the kitchen downstairs and it has its own kitchenette.
This would suit a working female happy to be in their own company but equally happy to exchange chats in the shared areas such as the hallway and stairs with the home owner. Someone who works regular hours outside the home would be ideal.
The house is a 20 minute walk into Stroud town centre and is a good base for walking as there is a wood and fields at the back.
The accommodation isn’t suitable for couples and although a long term lodger is sought there will be a 3 month trial period.
