Short Term - Close to Town

Room to rent a short walk away from town.
Terraced house at the end of a cul-de-sac quiet road.
The house is over 3 levels, entrance and kitchen on ground floor, your room with en-suite bathroom on the top floor, my room with the shared living room on middle floor.
Your room is a double room with a double bed and TV. Built-in wardrobe with a chest of drawers in the room. The room has an en-suite bathroom with shower. House benefits from a water softener.

I am looking for a neat, tidy person to share the house with, someone who will not leave clutter around.
I work hybrid Mon -Fri.
I am out a few evenings for a couple of hours, whether it's playing tennis or socialising, so you will have some evenings to yourself. Also out a lot over weekends.

The rent is inclusive of most bills, just splitting gas & elec and happy to agree a sensible heating schedule based on your needs. Can provide towels and/or bedding for you.
