Lovely light double room for rent

I have a lovely light double bedroom to let, in my large 4 bedroom Victorian house overlooking the beautiful Slad valley, here in Stroud.
As well as providing a bedroom, i am happy to house share all of the facilities visible in the photos.
My house is approx 10 mins walk from the centre of Stroud, so you don't need a car necessarily and I don't run one anymore (mainly for environmental reasons ), but accept my lodger may need one for work etc.
A couple of fairly unique features of what I am offering are:
The property has, probably, the oldest wildlife garden in Stroud & possibly the country ! ! (started approx 1987, by the previous owner and improved by myself over the last 35 years or so. It's my passion really !! )
As i am a musician, the property also has a fully equipped home recording studio, which I am prepared to allow access to (apart from my iMac computer of course !)
So this situation would be ideal for a wildlife enthusiast and or professional or amateur musician. However I am fairly flexible in this area and willing to consider anyone on their merits !
As well as music and wildlife, my interests include, art, yoga, martial arts, psychology (retired social worker, day and residential care, Buddhist meditation practices and 5 Rhythm dance styles .
In conclusion, I would just like to say that, although my age technically, makes me a senior citizen, I have a very youthful outlook on life (young at heart !) and many, if not most of my friends, both male and female are considerably younger than me some significantly so !
