I am looking for another professional to share my home with. I live in a 3-bedroom house off Horns Road in Stroud, located between the Heavens and a 10 minutes’ walk to the town centre. If you are somebody who cares about the place you live in, are considerate, tidy, independent and interested in sharing occasional meals together do get in touch.

The double bedroom available for rent is south facing with beautiful morning light, views and leafy surroundings. It is unfurnished and located on the first floor. Bathroom (first floor), kitchen and lounge (ground floor) are shared as is the garden. Unfortunately there is no wheelchair access. Off road parking space negotiable. Suitable for a single occupant because it is a small domestic space.

Monthly rent inclusive of all utilities (council tax (Band B), broadband, electricity, gas, water) is £700. Reference checks required by letting agency.
