Large room, has space for desk, bed and wardrobe comfortably. Wardrobe is included, bed frame is optional.
Shared front room, bathroom, utility and kitchen all of good size. Outside we have a garden along with a gravel patio space. Parking available in the drive right outside the house.
Currently lived in by a musician who works partly from home and younger professional. Pretty relaxed living style, likes to make music and occasionally socialize. Council tax band C.
