The house has 3-bedrooms and is situated off Horns Road in Stroud, located between the Heavens and a 10 minutes’ walk to the town centre. If you are somebody who cares about the place you live in, are considerate, tidy, independent and interested in sharing occasional meals please get in touch!
The house is in a quiet off-street location. The double bedroom available is south facing with beautiful morning light, leafy surroundings and sunset views! The bedroom will be unfurnished (however some furniture will be available for sale) and is located on the first floor. Bathroom (first floor), kitchen and lounge (ground floor) and garden are shared spaces. Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access. Off road parking space negotiable. Smallish kitchen so more suitable for single occupant rather than a couple.
Monthly rent is £450 plus half share of the utilities (council tax (Band B), broadband, electricity, gas, water).
The minimum rental period will be until end September and reference checks and deposit (£600) will be required (by the letting agency). Sorry no dogs allowed. Female preferred.
Please note: the rent has been reduced until end of September and will increase to £600 a month plus bills after this.
