Top Floor Flat

I have the entire top floor of my three storey town house available to rent on a full week or Sunday evening - Friday basis (£625 p/m). It is in a lovely location on the canal within a stones throw away from a cafe, ice cream parlour, hairdressers and bar. There is a lovely route along the canal into Stroud town centre, supermarkets near by and lovely walks on the doorstep.

You get your own living room with tv, ensuite private bathroom, brand new king sized double bed with new mattress, bedding and towels, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, brand new wardrobe, brand new sofa and an area to have a desk or a dining table, which ever you’d prefer I will out in for you. The kitchen is on the ground floor and is shared with us. A weekly clean is included in the rent also.

I'm looking for a quiet individual who likes their own space. We have a friendly dog so will need to be ok with animals but she’s not allowed up on the top floor so won’t be in your space. Happy for someone to work from home if they need to. as there is the space up there to do that.
