Large double with nice views

Sharing with me. You have a bedsitting room and share the kitchen and bathroom with me. You have access to the garden, an attic and a shed. I have the sitting room and dining room to myself as my bedroom is small. There's a cat in the house.

I'm warm and friendly, like my own space but happy for chats and sometimes shared meals, a cuppa or a walk etc. I am relaxed and fairly easy going but I do expect someone who cleans up after themselves and does a fair share of cleaning the communal areas and buying cleaning products and loo roll etc!!

I am an early riser so there needs to be quiet after 10pm. If you are out later than that it's fine of course and I appreciate you coming in quietly, and I will do the same. The room would suit someone who has a similar early to bed type pattern and goes out to work though I'm open to work from home folk but bills would need to be a higher rate. Worth adding that I'm a socialist green living type person and am accepting of all humans so it wouldn't work if you have any racist views etc.

It would be good to know something about you too and we could definitely talk more about whether it could work for both of us.
