Large double with nice views

Sharing with me. You have a bedsitting room and share the kitchen and bathroom with me. You have access to the garden, an attic and a shed. I have the sitting room and dining room to myself as my bedroom is small. There's a cat in the house. I'm warm and friendly, like my own space but happy for chats and sometimes shared meals. I am an early riser so there needs to be quiet after 10pm. The room would suit someone who has a similar early to bed type pattern and goes out to work though I'm open to work from home folk but bills would need to be a higher rate. Worth adding that I'm a socialist green living type person and am accepting of all humans so it wouldn't work if you have any racist views etc.
