I'm very conveniently located in a quiet culdesac 20 minutes walk away from Stroud ,the railway station, the bus stop the end of the road. Shops and pub. 5 minutes away .
Stroud is a very easy going with a lot happening place.
My home is quiet , great neighbours with great relaships around.
I am based here where I work from to .
I would require two references from previous landlord, employer .
All bills are included but obviously any excess uses of utilities are Evaluated based on my bills are subject to extra £
Parking is strictly on a descreet respectful parking where you can along the culdesac - not on the driveway. Which I do have cameras for my own work Peace of mind .
