Couple with baby and dog seek lodger!

We’re Olive, Ewan, little Felix (10 months) and Bear (he’s 4.5yrs old) - our lovely standard poodle.

We live in a Victorian terrace split over 3 floors, and we have a spare room on the top floor available, a quiet double room with a small walk-in-wardrobe, and free street parking just round the corner on beards lane. We have a large shared bathroom and additional W. C. downstairs, the kitchen and living room would also be shared of course. The house is situated on Cainscross Road, and is about a 15 walk into town - we tend to walk along the canal, and often see grey herons, wagtails, kingfishers, and if you’re really lucky otters! If you don’t know Stroud there’s lots of amazing walks round here that have stunning views of the surroundings - very spoilt for options! On Saturdays there’s a brilliant farmers market in town, and lovely sense of community here. There’s also trains from here that connect you with Paddington in 1.5hours.

We have a garden in the front and courtyard out back, in the evenings - in winter at least - we tend to unwind in the living room after dinner with the log fire, a film/a book/game of backgammon. I am often at home, as Felix is not yet a nursery.

We’re looking for someone who would be up for blending into our home, ideally you love cooking too and dogs! And babies? We love it here and hope you would too. Initially we’re looking for just someone for just the weekdays, as think that would probably make sense for both us and you.
