Room available in Victorian semi-detatched house

Seeking a third housemate to join a calm, creative, queer-friendly household on the edge of Stroud town, with two witchy women aged 35 and 33.

All genders welcome.

We eat meat and are open to all kinds of dietary preferences.

The house is a Victorian semi-detached with lots of light, space and a small terraced back garden and yard. It’s a 5-minute walk into town and a 10-minute walk to the Stroud train station.

One of us works from home as an artist/therapist, and the other works a full-time job as a gardener. We have a relaxed, natural approach to hanging out together, and we also respect space and individual flow.

The available room is a medium double at the front of the house, the second-largest bedroom. Available furnished or unfurnished with a clothes rail, shelves and a bed if required.

We value considerate and clear communication, respect for differences, and keeping the space clean and nurtured.

We’d prefer someone who was working out of the home in the daytime.

Rent is £550pc, not including bills which are around £120.

The room is available from 1st August.

Minimum contract - 6 months.
