Rooms To Rent

Hi,

I have three rooms to rent in my house. It was built new 4 years ago when I bought it. I'm a 27 year old male, my profession is breeding thoroughbreds for Racing and Polo. I'm just a normal guy looking to generate some cash out of the other rooms, so happy to have any normal people in (as long as they are normal) not too keen on weirdos as I'm sure most will appreciate! I have a couple of big TVs and even a ping pong table in the garage and am relaxed about whoever comes having the run of the house. I come and go and sometimes travel so naturally I think its important that whoever moves in is responsible.
