see related pictures (Room 3) Up for rent is a fully furnished, double room in a shared house. The kitchen is well equipped, and a bathroom with jacuzzi. There isn’t a common room to share.

The house is situated in an ideal location. Just 1 minute from the town centre, within a short walk from the Cinema, CO-OP, transport hubs, and the lovely Park Gardens.

The use of the house is leave it as you find it, i. e. tidy up after yourself each time you use the communal facilities. This includes washing up after meals, and wiping down the bathroom shower and sink after use.
The tenants look after their home, and appreciate someone else who will also.

Perks:
All bills are included, with high speed WiFi. Communal house cleaning is included once a week, along with things like washing up liquid, hand soap and toilet rolls.

The bathroom is shared between 4 people, as well as the kitchen with individual storage.

Ideal person is someone who is considerate, reasonably quiet early in the morning or after 10pm, tidy, and able to live in a shared environment well. You must also appreciate wanting to follow some house norms to make it a great place for all who live in the house. This room would suit a more mature person looking to have a peaceful place to live within easy reach of all amenities.

People who wish to smoke, can do so outside no problem.
No pets sorry.
