Double room in detached house near Stroud station

Hi, I am Joanna, and am looking for a lodger for a large double room with two windows, light and sunny, with four floor to ceiling cupboards in a detached house with parking and a garden. Shared bathroom, , kitchen, lounge with open fire. It is a short walk on the flat to shops and station, about ten minutes. the canal is the other side of the road and good for walking/jogging.
I work at home on Thursdays and Saturdays .and so need these days to be completely quiet. The other weekdays I work in clinics in malvern and Stroud. I am often not home till late and leave early in the morning at 7am.
So I am only around on Sundays and like to walk and ride a friends horse.
This is a quiet house and not too warm, need to light the fire in the evenings in winter. There is central heating and I keep it at 18.
Plenty of hot water and a cosy kitchen. Two fridges.
I will expect you to keep your room clean and tidy and obviously clean up after yourself but there is no set cleaning rota.
