Large sunny double room upstairs with views, in a cosy modern house, 10 mins walk to the heavens, 15 - 20 mins walk to Stroud centre. (We're on a hill). Room has double bed, sofa, desk, plenty of storage/shelving, big walk-in wardrobe. Sharing kitchen, bathroom and garden with me (self-employed dance/health practitioner working from home, often in the daytime).
Very easy parking outside. House is quiet and peaceful, if you like your own space, but I can also be sociable! However, generally its a very quiet house, and I'm looking for someone responsible and trustworthy if I am away. Definitely not a party house!
Would also like someone who is respectful and cleans and tidies up after him/herself!
