Very large sunny double room with Views

Available from last week of August

Large sunny double room upstairs with views, in a cosy modern house, 10 mins walk to the heavens, 20 - 25 mins walk to Stroud centre. (please note, the house is up a hill from town, so if you have any mobility issues and no car, then this place is not suitable for you).

Room has double bed, sofa, desk, plenty of storage/shelving, big walk-in wardrobe.

Sharing kitchen, bathroom and garden with me (self-employed dance/health practitioner working from home, often in the daytime). So would prefer someone who works out of the house, and is quite self-sufficient and independent. I am either in a lot or away at times, in which case you would have the house to yourself.

Very easy parking outside. House is quiet and peaceful, if you like your own space, but I can also be sociable! However, generally its a very quiet house, and I'm looking for someone responsible and trustworthy if I am away. Definitely not a party house!

Would also like someone who is respectful and cleans and tidies up after him/herself! That said I like to think I'm pretty easy going!
