Double Room To Let With Own Sitting Room/Bathroom

Situated in an old house close to the town centre, you will have your own first floor double bedroom with an adjacent sitting room.

The bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobe and drawer space. There are also two bedside tables. The room has two windows, one is in the roof and is operated electrically.

The sitting room is also on the first floor and has a L shaped sofa and a large screen TV. An Amazon Firestick is supplied but you would need your own subscription services.

You will have use of the main bathroom in the house which is also used by occasional guests but not the main occupants of the house. This has a bath with a shower and we are happy for you to treat this as your own.

There is a shared kitchen, laundry facilities & garden. The garden has a lazy spa you may use in the summer.

There is ample street parking.

The occupants take responsibility for the upkeep and cleaning of the house. You will be responsible for cleaning your rooms but you can use our hoover etc.

All bills are included.
