The property boasts a cosy lounge with a wood burner, a kitchen, a modern bathroom with walk in shower, a sunroom as well as a beautiful garden. The property benefits from private parking at the front.
There is a small convenience store opposite the house, as well as a well know supermarket, post office and butchers in the town. There are plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities, including a Bowls club. The area is surrounded by farm land.
This would suit a friendly, tidy, helpful person who would enjoy sharing company, chatting over a cuppa, helping with some gardening, as well as cooking and eating some meals together. A driver is a must due to the rural area. The Householder has a very positive outlook on life and would like someone equally optimistic and willing to look at the glass half full.
The Householder would enjoy having companionship especially in the evening. Having the reassurance of there being someone in the house at night is very important.
The Householder would like a monthly contribution of £60 towards Council Tax and utility bills.
