You have access to a spacious and recently remodelled kitchenette with washer-dryer, fridge-freezer and a shower-bathroom which you will share with one other lodger.

Living below (ground/first floor), is us! My husband, Andy and I work from home most days. Our children are all in their 20s and come and go. We have a very friendly Westie and a Rough Collie. We try to grow at least some vegetables. It's not quite the "Good Life" but heading that way!
The ideal lodger will enjoy the peace of this special home and its rural surroundings and be tidy and respectful. We are friendly and welcoming but definitely not a party house. We do not permit lodgers to host visitors or stayovers so you can be assured of a quiet and peaceful enjoyment of your shared living space.
We've enjoyed board games evenings, the occasional shared film, chats about anything from the meaning of life and politics to films and music. Although lodgers cook independently we do enjoy the occasional shared meal from time to time. We've enjoyed hosting young professionals just starting out in their career through to 'mid-lifers'. 😊 Do get in touch if you think you would enjoy living with us.
