Large Double Room Available in Tewkesbury

45 year old mum and 23 year old son looking for a neat, friendly, professional lodger for our spacious top room.

We're located just off Gloucester road about 5 minutes from Aldi. It's a 15 minute walk from town, the bus stop is 10 mins away and we have 1 allocated off road parking spot, as I don't drive it would be all yours if needed.

My son and I are both introverts so generally keep to ourselves but we are also friendly and enjoy a little socializing from time to time.

We are LGTBTQ friendly and only willing to rent to other LGBTQ friendly people as my older son is gay.

We are also pet friendly, we love cats the most but honestly all animals are lovely. Our garden is quite small but theres a huge park that's great for dog walking just at the end of our street.

The room for rent has a lock so you'll have complete privacy and security. The view is pretty nice and also has a spacious cupboard too.

Main bathroom has a shower and a bath and we also have a small toilet downstairs.

One thing I ask is no smokers. I have been smoke free for 8 years now so prefer to keep it as far away as possible.
