Double room for a professional female in Mitton

Fresh, clean, bright and airy double room available now. The room consists of a comfortable double bed a large wardrobe with sliding doors. Giving you great storage. There’s a long mirror, chair and bedside table. The lounge diner has comfy leather seating, a large flat screen tv with EE Tv package and Netflix. There is fibre optic broadband through out the house. The bathroom is only shared with me and has WC, shower over bath and basin which is scrupulously clean. The kitchen is beautifully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob, dryer, air fryer, microwave and toaster. There’s washing lines outside on the patio for drying clothes in the sun. Being in the heart of Mitton the amenities are on the doorstep. There’s a farm shop, convenience store, hairdressers and laundrette. A bus stop is situated over the road. Theres free parking in the car park. Historical Tewkesbury is a five minute walk into the centre of town. The M5, train station, Cotswold Shopping Outlet and large supermarkets are a two minute drive away. As a potential new house mate I will require references, proof of employment and income plus a deposit of 2 weeks rent. I live alone with my very friendly little shitzu called Billy.
