Double room available in Thornbury.
The room is downstairs and you will have your own downstairs bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The shower room is not ensuite, it’s off the kitchen, but you will have sole use of it.

There is a double bed, bedside table and a clothes rail. A desk or table would fit in the room, if required.

You will also have access to the kitchen, lounge/diner, garden and shed.

There is plenty of off street parking.

We respect the need for privacy and personal space. We are, however, friendly and welcoming. You must like animals as we also have a friendly golden retriever dog and a cat.

The house is 2 minutes from the bus stop. The T1 bus service goes to, Aztec West, Bradley Stoke and Bristol City Centre. .

The number 77 bus stops at UWE, Parkway station, Southmead Hospital and Bristol Royal Infirmary. There are also other bus services.

Thornbury is a short drive to M4/M5, Aztec West, Bradley Stoke, MOD, Airbus etc.

The house is 10 minutes walking distance to Thornbury town centre which is a pretty, sought after market town and has a 2 supermarkets, a selection of shops, restaurants, pubs, take aways and coffee shops. There is also a library, gym/leisure centre and golf club.
