Must be working, discreet and thoughtful, able to provide references from bank and work.
I am ideally looking for a person who likes their own company and who will look after themselves and the flat whilst i am away during the week.
I have a small unconstructed garden which will be formed in the springtime. One parking space which I have allowed for in the cost of the rent, so it’s yours if needed. Broadband included. Everything you would need for a happy, quiet life.
