I have a double en-suite room available for single occupancy.
It is a good sized room which has a new double bed and mattress. The en-suite has a wc, sink and large shower. The room also has bedside tables, wardrobe and dressing table. It also has a TV point.
SINGLE ROOM (shared bathroom)(£350pm)
I also have a lovely good sized single room, furnished.

Additional wardrobe space is available in a separate dressing room if required.
Both rooms overlook the south facing back garden.
All bills and internet are included
The house is a 5 bedroomed executive home on the outskirts of Gloucester. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac off a main road, on a bus route into Gloucester, easy car access to Cheltenham, Stroud and the M5.
There is a large kitchen (incl dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer), lounge and full bathroom which will be shared. Also a downstairs cloakroom, garden, and use of the study if required.
Parking is available either on the drive or in the cul de sac.
I would prefer a Mon-Fri occupancy but would consider full week.
A mature and responsible attitude is essential.
