I have a lovely 3 bedroom detached character cottage, in an elavated position on Stroud road, (almost backing onto the lovely Robinswood hill :-) in Gloucester.

The double room has now been let, and I have 2 single rooms to be let as one for £600 p/m - so one room could be used for a bedroom, the other for an office/studydining/lounge/small dining area etc.

There is a small private courtyard/garden area and outside storage, if required, also limited car parking on the shared driveway.

Location wise, its very handy for the bus stop, which is almost outside, with buses going directly into the City Centre, Quays, Stroud, and others go to Quedgeley & Stonehouse.

Im looking for a mature, kind & respectful person who would like peace and quiet, and live in a calm relaxed atmosphere :-)

The preference from the current housemate, is a female tenant.
