House was recently renovated and is kept immaculate and consists of access to kitchen (washing machine & dishwasher), living room, dining room, shared bathroom consisting of walk in shower and bath. There is space available in a shared office/hobby room as well. Access to large garden with patio too.
There is 3 very friendly cats in the house but due to their age you wouldn’t know they were here.
No smoking indoors but happy for smoking in the garden.
