The house itself is a privately owned 2 bed mid terraced property situated on the outskirts of Tuffley with front and rear gardens and on and off road parking.
The interior of the property is very clean, modern and well presented with a spacious kitchen with use of all appliances including washing machine and tumble dryer. It is also fully kitted with cutlery and crockery - everything you would need.
The living room is modern with use of virgin tv and internet.

There is a bus stop very close to the property and a few shops and pubs within walking distance.
