Quiet home in lovely village

A lovely double room in a clean and tidy quiet home with a single occupant. Shared bathroom but an additional WC. Large modern kitchen lovely village location but note there is no bus service. There is a shop, post office and two pubs in the village with easy access to motorway links. I am seeking a mature working professional. I have a quiet, clean and tidy home environment and seek a lodger who is respectful of this. I have have a small friendly dog.
Due to the confidential nature of my work and my working often at home, it is preferable that a lodger works or studies outside of the home during working hours.
