Plenty of space in other rooms and some spare furniture.
Stone cottage as part of a small holding, sheep, chickens, cider apples, plums et al. Half a mile from the village centre, 100 yards from the road. Very peaceful.
Three bedroom, two bathroom, shower and bath, kitchen and pantry with AGA, utility room with fridge, microwave, washing machine and tumble drier.
Lounge includes a wood burning stove, ten year old TV with no licence.
Conservatory.
Oil fired central heating.
Landline and Broadband.
Roads: M5 J14 20 minutes, J15 25 minutes.
Train: Parkway: 25 minutes, Yate: 25 minutes.
Parking for 3-4 cars total.
Village shop and pub ten minutes walk.
Sharing with Tim, who makes cider, restores and maintains orchards., and Saad, who works in Newport..
The house will be offered for sale this spring so I can offer a rolling monthly rental until it is sold.
I live 80 yards away and look after the small holding.
