Double Room with Own Bathroom

Hi, I'm Cheryl, and I live here with my miniature sausage dog, Rupert.

My kids have all left home, so I have a double room available.

The bedroom has a double bed and use of the main bathroom, (I have my own ensuite). There is a TV on the wall, bedside tables, drawers, and wardrobe in the hall off the bedroom. Available for 5 nights per week..

My room is most suited for a working professional. So if you are looking for short term or flexible, do send me a message and we can see if what I have available can suit your requirements and budget.

In the rest of the house there is the kitchen/diner/utility room and there is a spare TV room upstairs next to the bedroom with SKY TV, downstairs cloaks.

The house is all mod cons, alarm, and fast broadband. I'm happy for my guest to use the kitchen and laundry to suit their needs.

There is parking available on the drive, however one car needs to go in front of the other so sometimes easier to do on street parking.

This is a lovely private estate located in Up Hatherley, close to supermarkets and amenities.

Some of the region’s major centres just a few miles away, a bus stop right on the doorstep – and easy links to further destinations via the M5.
