Hello, and thanks for your interest in this very spacious double room with en-suite.

We have had some lovely lodgers over the last ten years, some staying for a couple of years or more. As well as younger, we are very happy to welcome maturer lodgers, so if you're looking for a peaceful home, this would suit you well.

Your room is at the back of the house and has a lovely view overlooking the garden which has mature trees and an attractive patio area.

We are in the Up Hatherley area of Cheltenham, and are a friendly, respectful and easy going household.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Garage space is available for a bike if required. There is parking outside the house on the quiet feeder lane.

If you enjoy walking, we are very close to lovely open countryside. Supermarkets are a five minute drive away and we are on the bus route into town.
