The house is a refurbished RAF building from the 1920s and benefits from high ceilings, large windows and superb views. Owners have a well behaved black Labrador so liking him is essential. There is plenty of parking and on completion, the occupant will benefit from access to a residents only tennis court opposite the house.

The room has its own television with Sky Q and a private bathroom not used by the owners. There is also access to the living areas on the ground floor which includes an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge and a well maintained garden.

Village amenities include a generously sized co-op, a pharmacy, a coffee shop/wine-bar and small gymnasium with a range of memberships that also include pay as you go. There are also a range of activities and classes in the village hall.

The owners are active community volunteers working with teenagers in addition to their own day jobs, and both travel with work.
