Looking for a Female housemate.

This stylish, spacious house in the village of Upper Rissington on the Gloucestershire- Oxfordshire border was built in 2017 and has been newly decorated. It's a large house (260 sqm) with 6 bedrooms in total but I’m only looking to rent out one, possibly two maximum. It's council tax band F.

There’s a gorgeous bright and spacious open-plan kitchen-dining-living space. The kitchen has a 5-ring hob and two ovens, an American-style large fridge-freezer, an integrated dishwasher, and white quartz surfaces. The sofa area has a 50" TV. There's a dining table overlooking the garden.
There's a separate large sitting room which has two super comfortable sofas, an armchair and a 40" TV, with wooden floors, and has french doors opening onto the kitchen.
There's also a cosy snug room with a sofa and third TV.
There’s a separate utility room which has the washing machine, and there's also a separate downstairs loo.

There are bi-fold doors that open out from the kitchen onto the landscaped garden with a Weber gas BBQ and lots of comfy outdoor furniture.

The bedroom measures 3.7m x 3.5m and has a double bed with 4 storage drawers underneath, 2 bed side tables with lamps, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk and chair, and a large full length mirror. The window looks out to the garden and gets the afternoon / evening sunshine. The en suite bathroom has a good sized shower with a glass screen, a sink, a loo and mirrored storage cabinet.
As an alternative to this room, a very large bedroom with a king size bed, walk in wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom is available for a higher rent.

There's fast full fibre broadband everywhere in the house (mesh network), and Netflix included on the 3 Samsung smart TVs. There's off road parking for 3 cars directly outside the house. The house has amazing views over the countryside with beautiful sunrises.

Upper Rissington has a Co-op Food, a pharmacy, a Runner Bean gym which does classes, a village hall, a school and tennis courts. There's lots of green space and paths for walking / jogging. It's a 10 minute drive to Bourton-on-the-Water, 20 minutes to Moreton-in-Marsh, 40 minutes to Cheltenham, 50 minutes to Gloucester. It's 15 minutes drive to Kingham Station which has direct trains to Worcester, Oxford (27 mins) and London Paddington (1 hr 20).

Council tax, water, broadband, TV licence and Netflix is included in the rent. Gas and electricity is additional, split between us, and varies depending on usage through the year.

I'm a young professional, I work in investor relations. I mainly work from home but my company is based in London so I go into the office a few days a month.

I'm looking for a friendly, easy going housemate who is reasonably clean and tidy. As a woman I'd prefer a female housemate. Someone to have a chat with after work and have a glass of wine with, but also happy to do their own thing. I like to have friends and family over for drinks or a BBQ. I've recently moved to the Cotswolds from London to be closer to my family (my sister lives in the village with her husband and 3 year old, as does my mum), and looking to meet new people in the area. Housemate would need to be happy around dogs as my mum’s and sister’s dogs visit. I'm fully vaccinated and looking for the same.
